Superhero Day Today
As the resident in-house comic book geek, I feel it only fitting that I should be the one that writes about Superhero Day. Part of the fantastic efforts of the CashforKids.uk.com campaign, these guys and girls are a network of local charities created by Bauer Radio and are working across 21 UK cities improving the lives of underprivileged children in UK communities all over the country.
Having raised £15.7 million in 2014, the charity creates clever campaigns boosted by their presence across the countries local radio stations. As a regular listener and marketing geek I think the campaigns are a fantastic and positive use of the media influence these stations have all over the UK.
The Terrible Superhero Name Game
If you want to come up with your own Superhero name then we have devised a quick way.
1. Take An Element With the Same Letter as Your Last Name
2. Combine it with a Body Part of with the Same Letter as Your First Name
