Brand Mention Monitoring

We use a range of industry tools to monitor for any Brand Mentions across the usual Social Media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Google+), and also Blogs and Forums – providing you with full visibility of everything that is being said about you online.

Our reporting allows us to provide you with a much deeper analysis of brand mentions. Find out:

  • Who said it (How many followers tweets they have, location, profession, gender)
  • Sentiment of the brand mention
  • Influence of the user (Utilising Social Media influence metrics such as Klout and PeerIndex).

As part of this service we then report back to you on an agreed reporting basis.

Active Monitoring

As part of our monitoring services, we can monitor and recommend opportunities to generate leads directly from Social Media.

Our Active Monitoring system uses certain phrases and keywords that might indicate someone is considering a purchase and using Social Media for sourcing recommendations.

For example, if you were in the tyre industry – we would monitor for phrases/keywords like “flat tyre” or “need new tyres”. Our system then monitors and alerts you to such opportunities.

Depending on whether we also managed your channels, we would then engage the user and inform them of your services – or we would alert you to the opportunity so that you can tweet at the user.

Brand Reputation/Social Media Crisis Monitoring

Blueclaw is adept at handling potentially damaging situations and issues on Social Media.

As part of our services, Blueclaw:

  • Monitors for negative Social Media across Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn, Forums and Blogs
  • Assesses the threat level to the brand based on the author’s influence
  • Escalate and advise where appropriate on the proper course of action in terms of dealing with a complaint or negative brand issue
  • Alert you to potentially damaging Social Media commentary via our Email alerts system
  • Monitor staff using our own technology – “Social Pundit” – to ensure that your staff don’t tweet abusive, offensive or confidential information about the brand on Social Media.
